60 Seconds to Napoli signs long-term lease agreement

Kaapkwartier is welcoming a new culinary destination: 60 Seconds to Napoli is opening a location in The View. The popular Italian restaurant chain has signed a multi-year lease for a prominent hospitality space at Shanghaiplein, on the ground floor of the five-star Eurostars Rijnhaven Hotel, which is scheduled to open its doors at the end of this year. The venue covers approximately 750 m² across two floors and features a large, sunny terrace overlooking the Rijnhaven—a unique spot where guests will soon be able to enjoy true Neapolitan pizzas.

 The choice for The View is a deliberate one. 60 Seconds to Napoli wants to be part of the energy and innovation of this part of Rotterdam. With their distinctive concept, they add a powerful culinary experience to the area. Together with the restaurants along the Rijnhavenkade and the shops on Bundweg, The View forms the vibrant heart of Kaapkwartier—a dynamic place where living, working, and relaxing come together. This new lease is another step in shaping the commercial profile of the area, helping it grow into an attractive destination for entrepreneurs.

The tenant was advised by Van Unen Vastgoed. The landlord was represented by BRiQ real estate, in collaboration with Kroese Paternotte.
