We are excited to introduce 'The View', a modern mixed-used waterfront development project located on the Katendrecht peninsula at Rotterdam's Rijnhaven. Offering panoramic views of the Rijnhaven, the Port of Rotterdam, Kop van Zuid and Katendrecht. A dynamic new construction project in Rotterdam, unfolding in two phases. Phase I features Bay House, an elegant apartment complex with 110 luxury units, and the Eurostars 5-star Hotel, offering 188 rooms, restaurant, bar, wellness/spa, fitness, and conference facilities. It also boasts a lively commercial hub with dining, retail, and office spaces. Phase II introduces a striking 135-meter residential tower with 262 modern apartments, complemented by office and retail spaces in the basement. The western building, Bay House, comprises 110 luxury apartments, including Rotterdam's most exclusive and largest residence, The Box. Virtually all apartments offer views of the Rijnhaven, the Maas, and the Wilhelminapier. In phase 2 of the 'The View' project, Porter House will be introduced, an impressive residential tower offering a diverse selection of 262 apartments, which will soon define the entrance to Katendrecht.

The East building of 'The View', a multifaceted project in Rotterdam, accommodates a luxurious 5-star Eurostars hotel by the Hotusa Group. This hotel has 188 rooms, each designed for comfort, featuring a lobby, bar, and rooftop restaurant for an exclusive experience. Rooms are situated from the fourth to the eighth floor, each offering a breathtaking view. The third floor houses conference rooms and wellness facilities.
